Hope you're doing fantastic! We’ve got some great updates to share with you.
Gmail integration
We're excited to announce the addition of Gmail integration. This is an important addition for all of us who rely heavily on email communication. You can now connect your Gmail account to Gems and query your email content. It will index your last 1000 emails.
Multiple account integration support
Now, you can seamlessly integrate multiple accounts from the same app into Gems. This means more control, more data, and way more possibilities for you. Juggling between accounts for different projects or clients? We've got you covered.
Daily autosync
Last but definitely not least, we're rolling out automatic daily updates for your data. Your information is always fresh and up-to-date, without any extra effort on your part. We're rolling this out in phases to ensure everything runs smoothly. This means not everyone will have access to this feature immediately, but will have by the end of this month.
Other
We have been working on a solution that has prevented users from properly indexing their PDFs, which prevented them from getting search results for those files. The fix will be tested over the coming days and shipped to all users if successful.
How to update
To update the app, please do one of the following 2 steps:
Right-click on the app icon in your taskbar/menubar and check for updates or
Quit and reopen the app to initiate the update
If you have issues to update, please manually redownload the app on app.gems.so
