Hey there,

Today I’m excited to share the latest features that we’ve been working on.

Resource Viewer

We're excited to introduce the "Resource Viewer" in our latest update. This new feature – accessible in your settings – lets you view all your resources in one place, providing the option to manually select which files to delete or reupload for enhanced control and management.

Slack Integration

Gems now integrates seamlessly with Slack, allowing you to effortlessly search and retrieve messages directly from your Slack account, streamlining your workflow and making knowledge retrieval even more convenient.

ClickUp Integration

Our new integration with ClickUp is here. You can now connect you ClickUp accounts, giving you the ability to query the content of their tasks directly within ClickUp from Gems, streamlining project management tasks.

Google Shared Drive Support

You can now integrate your Google Shared Drives with Gems. By default we won’t index shared drives, however this can be easily done in 3 steps:

1. Navigate into the newly introduced “Resource View”

2. Click on the desired shared drive as filter

3. Click on the refresh icon next to the status header, which will upload all the files from the shared drive

Smaller improvements and fixes:

1. Account Deletion: You can now delete their accounts directly in the settings without having to request a manual account deletion.

2. Integration Progress Tracking Improvements: We have enhanced the integration progress tracking, providing clearer and more accurate updates about the status.

3. Vector Storage Enhancements: Improvements to vector storage now deliver better and more reliable answer results, enhancing your overall app experience.
